Welcome to REPLACE 2

The partners involved in this project are very proud to announce the launch of the REPLACE 2 project, funded by the European Commission, following the successful completion of REPLACE 1 in 2011.

REPLACE 2 aims to implement and evaluate the REPLACE community-based behaviour change intervention framework to tackle female genital mutilation (FGM) in the EU. This project marks a significant shift in the ‘approach’ to ending FGM in the EU.

REPLACE 2 marks the collaboration of six European countries, England, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Belgium.
